This 2006 Fleetwood Revolution LE 40E motorcoach has been registered in California since new and was purchased by the seller in 2012. The floor plan features a lounge area with two sofa beds, a galley, a dinette, a powder room, and an aft bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The power-adjustable front captain’s chairs are trimmed in beige Ultraleather, and other amenities include central climate control and water filtration, two flatscreen TVs, a house audio system, a Norcold refrigerator, and a combination washer and dryer. The coach wears an Onyx multi-tone paint treatment and has triple slide-outs with toppers, a power-operated camp-side awning, window awnings, automatic stabilizer jacks, and a 7.5kW Onan generator. Power is from a Caterpillar 8.8-liter turbodiesel inline-six linked with an Allison six-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear axle.

The flatscreen TVs and rooftop solar panel were replaced under current ownership, and service in 2025 involved changing the oil and replacing the windshield, sliding side windows, and tires.

The living quarters feature an 84″ ceiling height and are outfitted with tile floors and tan carpeting as well as window shades, recessed lighting, and woodgrain cabinets. The forward lounge area houses two sofa beds, a Sony audio system and DVD player, Panasonic speakers, and an LG 32″ flatscreen TV.

The galley is equipped with composite countertops, an Amana three-burner propane cooktop, a GE Profile microwave oven, a double-basin sink, and a Norcold refrigerator and freezer. House equipment includes ducted climate control, power-operated ceiling vents, water filtration, a 16-gallon water heater, and a central vacuum system. The dinette sits across from the galley and has bench seating with storage underneath, while a powder room is located at the rear of the compartment. The countertop is deformed around the cooktop.

The rear bedroom is furnished with a queen mattress, a ceiling fan, recessed lighting, and built-in nightstands. An LG DVD player and 26″ flatscreen TV are housed in a cabinet above the dresser. The en suite private bathroom features a closet, an enclosed shower, a toilet, and a vanity with a sink. A Splendide combination washer and dryer is housed in a dedicated compartment.

The multi-function steering wheel wears a Spartan emblem and sits ahead of an 80-mph speedometer, a 3k-rpm tachometer, and supplementary gauges. The digital odometer shows 54k miles, approximately 41k of which were added under current ownership.

The 8.8-liter Caterpillar turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 400 horsepower and 1,150 lb-ft of torque. The oil was changed in April 2025.

The forward compartment houses power-adjustable captain’s chairs trimmed in beige Ultraleather, and they are complemented by a color-coordinated dash surround and black lower trim panels. Further details include cab air conditioning, overhead fans, a center console with integrated storage, and power-operated sunshades along with accessory control panels, a trailer brake controller, a reverse-view camera display, and an AM/FM stereo with a six-CD changer.

Binders containing an operation and maintenance manual and other documentation will accompany the motorcoach.

The Onyx paint scheme features multi-tone stripes, and other details include triple slide-outs with toppers, equipment bays with slide-out trays, sliding side windows, and perimeter lighting. A power-operated awning is positioned on the camp side, and further equipment includes window and entry door awnings, a rooftop solar panel, and a Winegard Trav’ler satellite TV antenna. The coach also has keyless entry, a power-operated boarding step, a rear ladder, a receiver hitch, and a rear anti-sail flap that displays the Revolution wordmark. The left side-view mirror adjuster does not work.

The alloy 22.5″ wheels wear 295/80 Hercules Strong Guard HRA tires that were mounted in 2025, per the seller. The Spartan chassis rides on an auto-leveling air-adjustable suspension, and the coach is also equipped with air-actuated brakes, an exhaust brake, and automatic stabilizer jacks for campsite use. An Onan 7.5kW diesel-fueled generator is secured in a dedicated compartment, and it was serviced under current ownership. Other infrastructure equipment includes a 95-gallon freshwater tank, a 60-gallon gray water tank, and a 40-gallon black tank in addition to four AGM house batteries, a 2,000-watt inverter, and connections for fresh water, waste disposal, and 50-amp electrical service.

The coach is equipped with a dually rear axle, and power is sent to the rear wheels through an Allison 3000-MH six-speed automatic transmission. The seller notes that fluids for the transmission and rear differential were changed in December 2022.
